Agreement

These Terms are entered into between you and Sportify, the legal business operating Mazora (“Mazora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Mazora is operated by Sportify.

Beta Software

Mazora is beta software. Features, pricing, availability, report quality, and product behavior may change as we learn from beta users.

AI-Assisted Guidance

Mazora reports are guidance only. They do not guarantee business, technical, legal, financial, security, or product success.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making final implementation decisions.

Your Content

You own the product inputs, blueprint content, and business ideas you submit. Mazora owns the platform, interface, workflow, and report structure.

Acceptable Use

• Do not submit illegal, abusive, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Do not attempt to access another user account or blueprint.
• Do not paste secrets, passwords, private keys, or regulated sensitive data into blueprints.

Payments and Refunds

Beta report access is sold as a one-time digital purchase per blueprint. Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy.

Payments for Mazora are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for processing payments, issuing invoices/receipts, and handling applicable taxes where required.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse the service, or use Mazora in a way that harms other users.

Limitation of Liability

Mazora is provided as-is during beta. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mazora is not liable for lost profits, failed launches, implementation errors, or decisions made from AI-assisted outputs.
